Introduction

This Privacy Notice explains how Strum Platform Inc. ("Strum Platform," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit or interact with https://strumplatform.com/ (the "Website").

If you have questions about this Privacy Notice or our data practices, please contact us using the information in the Contact Us section below.

Categories of Personal Information

In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have collected, and disclosed for a business purpose, the following categories of personal information, as those categories are defined under applicable state privacy laws:

  • Identifiers (such as name, email address, telephone number, postal address, and online/device identifiers)

We have not sold or shared any category of sensitive personal information in the preceding 12 months.

Google Analytics and Google Ads

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC ("Google"), to help us understand how visitors use our Website, measure Website performance, and improve our services.

Google Analytics may collect information about your use of our Website, including:

  • Pages viewed and Website interactions
  • Session and usage information
  • Browser, device, and operating system information
  • Approximate geographic location
  • Referring websites and traffic sources
  • Cookie and similar identifiers

Our Google Analytics property is linked to Google Ads. This integration may allow us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, including advertising attribution and conversions. Depending on the Google features we enable, information collected through Google Analytics may also be used for other advertising-related purposes, subject to our settings, your consent choices, and applicable law.

Google Analytics and Google Ads may use cookies and similar technologies to provide these services.

We do not intentionally provide Google Analytics with information that directly identifies you, such as your name or email address.

Google processes information collected through its services in accordance with Google's applicable terms and privacy practices.

Cookies and Consent Preferences

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our Website, understand Website usage, measure performance, and support advertising-related functionality.

Some cookies and technologies are necessary for the Website to operate. Others may be used for analytics, performance measurement, advertising, or related purposes.

We use Consent Pro to provide visitors with controls over non-essential cookies and tracking technologies. Our consent preferences are integrated with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics so that applicable Google technologies can respond to your consent choices.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may be able to accept, reject, or manage categories of non-essential cookies and similar technologies through the cookie preference controls available on our Website.

You can change your cookie preferences at any time using the cookie or privacy preference controls available on our Website.

We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and other recognized browser-based universal opt-out preference signals as an opt-out of the sale and sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising, regardless of whether the law of your jurisdiction independently requires us to do so.

You can learn more about GPC, and how to enable it in a supporting browser or browser extension, at globalprivacycontrol.org.

You may also use privacy and advertising controls made available directly by Google, including Google advertising settings and Google's available Analytics opt-out tools.
