Lee Allen has 25 years of experience in SaaS software development, international marketing and lean operations. Allen was formerly the president of a multi-national reality engineering SaaS platform. He held senior positions in global manufacturing while working in the US, Europe and Japan with Toyota and Nissan. Allen was also the former VP Emerging Markets & Operations for Donnelly. Lee holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Utah.

Bill Hasapidis has 30 years of experience in data analytics and management consulting working in retail, commercial and investment banking. His expertise includes performance and profitability measurement, credit risk management and strategy design. Bill was a Director at Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC), and EVP of Analytics Products division of PCi Corporation. Bill has a BS in Economics, cum laude, from Wharton School, Univ. of Pennsylvania and an MBA, from Columbia University.

Zakir leads our development team as chief architect and lead software designer. He has over 20 years of financial software experience working with US and global banking firms like Wolters Kluwer Financial Services. He has extensive experience in business process analysis, financial marketing technology, BI dashboard design and SaaS development. He is a certified Scrum Master, with a Bachelor of Science undergraduate degree and has completed his Masters in Computer Science & Engineering.

Rachel has 16 years of financial data experience and leads our client success teams to turn data analytics into actionable intelligence to spark growth and ROI. She spent 12 years leading the marketing analytics and campaign management for $4 billion financial institution. Rachel was also a Marketing Strategist for Marquis Software, helping clients leverage their data for marketing growth.

Her experience spans risk management to building and leading retail sales strategies that set record-breaking growth and performance results. Laurie joins Strum Platform as the VP of Client Solutions with a passion to leverage consumer data insights to build and cultivate exceptional personalized experiences that deepen relationships and increase revenue.

As Strum’s VP of Managed Services, Kristine guides clients to identify and implement growth strategies based on data insights and execution that maximizes results.
